I have shoes that was purchased and sent to me. Wrong size so the person just said take them back and when I seen them they had new shoes. I call here specifically they say no problem being them in. So I drive a half hour and say oh no we can't do that you can only exchange. Don't waste your time calling and asking questions. They just want you to come in and do what THEY think is best. This make zero sense.
